"In order to ensure best instrument performance over time or because of the possibility of inspection, audit or litigation, we recommend the instrument be recalibrated annually. Also, since factory recalibration adds an additional year's manufacturer's warranty, annual recalibration provides continuous warranty protection for your instrument."

  • 1. Via Phone:
    Contact us at 1.800.245.0779 or 262.567.9157 and request a Return Authorization number. Credit card or purchase orders will be accepted.

  • 2. Via Online:
    An online version of our Return Authorization form is now available.  Click the link below to launch the file. Enter your information, click Submit and Quest will then provide a Return Authorization number. Credit card or purchase orders will be accepted.
